Okay...it has happened...

I was never one to watch "American Idol". I didn't get the big deal about it. But, with the writer's strike and not wanting to spend so much time on the computer after doing homework I found myself (and so did my kids) watching that show. And NOW I'm hooked. Not forever (I hope!) but for this season anyway. And I am so pathetic! My son had to hand me the tissues last night cuz I actually started CRYING when they eliminated the 17 year old girl! I don't think she deserved it...Kady was the one that should have left and SHE even knew it...you could tell by the shocked look on her face when she was told she was safe for one more week! (I guess I'm not TOO pathetic since I don't remember the 17 year old girl's name).

I even have my favorites. As far as the females go, I like the dark haired Irish one that tends bar for a living (in an Irish bar). Again...dont' remember the name. And the male that I like best is the scruffy faced one that Simon told him he had no charisma and he told Simon he didn't need to impress HIM anyway! I might change my mind about that later but for right now he is he one.

I miss "House" and, of course "Grey's Anatomy". I am breathlessly anticipating the return of "The Riches" in a few weeks!

I need a life. Help me find one?
